The history of the Paco Rabanne brand began in 1965. Then the talented designer developed and provided to public a collection of ear rings from the transparent plastic made on the basis of cellulose acetate. Young girls appreciated an innovation. Thanks to excellent quality, the low price and singularity, in one year about twenty five thousand couples of such ear rings were sold. Very quickly Paco Rabanne learned about creativity in all France, pictures of his products began to be shown on covers of the famous magazines. Dress from the Fall-winter 2013-2014 collection
In 1966 the Paco Rabanne brand provided the collection of clothes during a Fashion week in Paris. Opinions of fashionable critics were shared, some of them considered that collection products aren't suitable for socks. However Rabanne managed to impress public and the press, futuristic dresses from the tough plates fastened with rings were especially remembered.
In 1976 the Paco Rabanne trademark provided the first collection of Diffusion men's wear. At the beginning of 1980 the fashion designer resorted to reuse materials, in particular, of newspapers, magazines, sponges and aluminum. In 1986 the Puig company redeemed the Fashionable House of "Paco Rabanne", but the founder continued to work for the brand benefit as the creative director. Style of the couturier continued the development, and new materials and inventions became inspiration sources for it. So, in 1988 Paco surprised public with dresses from compact disks.
