Gucci (Russian Gucci) – the Italian brand specializing in creation of clothes, footwear and luxury accessories. Also releases collections of decorative cosmetics and perfumery. Gucco Gucci is founded in 1921. At the moment is a part of the French Kering conglomerate (till 2013 PPR Group). Is a constant participant of Milan fashion week.
Gucco Gucci was born on March 26, 1891 in Florence, Italy, in a family of the simple handicraftsman. At the beginning of the 1900th the young man leaves the native land and for several years lives in England. In London Gucci gets a job in hotel Sava where he fulfills duties of the porter, elevator operator and waiter. An improbable impression on the young man was made by suitcases and bags of rich lodgers. In 1921 Gucco Gucci comes back to Italy to start own production of products from genuine leather.
